TOPMAN Autumn Winter 2014 Fashion Show at London Collections: Men
Stylish leather coats, vibrantly colourful knitwear and clean lines feature in Topman’s Autumn/Winter 2014 collection. I like the fine line between baggy and oversized, yet cut, stitched and finished just so! It gives the clothing a high fashion vibe. Watch out for pleated trousers in bright colours and simple yet elegant overcoats in soft colours. Style and comfort seem to harmonise in this collection. Photos courtesy of PHOENIX Magazine.

London Collections:Men – Shaun Samson Autumn/Winter 2014
Shaun Samson delves into pageantry and sport for his Autumn/Winter ’14 collection, presented as part of the NEWGEN MEN Pop-Up showroom at London Collections: Men, sponsored by Topman and the British Fashion Council. “I imagine an Eastern European Military Academy and the boys there listening to music when they’re in P.E. class” Samson says of his inspirations for the collection. “Super masculine references in American sport culture I think become more androgynous and elegant when translated from a different part of the world… things are a bit peculiar and odd – but in a good way,” he continues. School uniform and gym ensembles are interpreted with confident pleats, sweatshirt fabrics drape…

Vodafone London Fashion Weekend, S/S 13
Classic British quirkiness meets the exotic Orient, is what I could describe this show as! As you can see from the images (below), bicycles and sporty accessories were show alongside tailored retro style office wear set off with brightly coloured accessories. These contrasted with the exotic eastern Asian prints, accessories and props. This interesting and rather entertaining show was styled by fashion director & stylist Hilary Alexander, who’s obviously done a great job! These are the Spring/Summer ’13 trend catwalks, highlighting what will influence women’s wardrobes this season. Vodafone London Fashion Weekend, London’s most exclusive designer shopping and fashion experience, took place last Thursday 21st…
