Top Fashion Brands offer Apprenticeships!
Creative Skillset celebrates a wave of employers signing up for the new Higher Level Apprenticeship in Fashion & Textiles as New Look, Jonathan Saunders and John Cotton Home Textiles, all appoint new apprentices. The level 4 apprenticeship, launched earlier this month and equivalent to the first year of university, is for young people with GCSEs and A levels who have decided they want to learn and earn at the same time. Thanks to the votes and support of all of you audience, friends, fans and well wishers, I managed to make the shortlist for the prestigious London Personality of the Year (2012) award. I am the first foreigner to have been nominated for this award! Other nominees included Boris Johnson, Sebastian Coe, Danny Boyle, Gary Barlow, Zoe Griffin and Henry Conway. Boris won, as we had all expected!
