Classic British quirkiness meets the exotic Orient, is what I could describe this show as! As you can see from the images (below), bicycles and sporty accessories were show alongside tailored retro style office wear set off with brightly coloured accessories. These contrasted with the exotic eastern Asian prints, accessories and props. This interesting and rather entertaining show was styled by fashion director & stylist Hilary Alexander, who’s obviously done a great job! These are the Spring/Summer ’13 trend catwalks, highlighting what will influence women’s wardrobes this season. Vodafone London Fashion Weekend, London’s most exclusive designer shopping and fashion experience, took place last Thursday 21st…
Black, maroon and red dominated the formal wear runway show at Pure London‘s Autumn/Winter 2013 event. Fitted dresses, trousers and skirts that flattered a woman’s figure, let her move easily, combining style with comfort. Shimmer and embroidery added a feminine touch to the neat, clean and sharp lines. Quirky accessories; gothic jewellery and shoulder adornments made of hair was a clever way of revolutionising formal wear, which can often look boring and mundane. Kudos to the Pure London team for a show that not only informed guests of the latest trends, but also entertained them.
